Fostering an inclusive lacrosse community
First Steps Lacrosse is a unique childhood physical fitness program which uses movements and skills
from the game of lacrosse to develop Physical Literacy in young children (ages 2 - 6).
Physical Literacy / Fitness: Physical Literacy is the ability to move with competence and confidence in a wide variety of physical activities in multiple environments that benefit the healthy development of the whole person.
All children can become physically literate with proper encouragement and instruction and this will lead to active and physically fit teens and adults.
